YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR OWN REPAIRER

CONTACT INSURANCE

Contact your insurance provider to lodge you repair claim and request platinum refinishing as your repairer. Your insurance company will then be in contact with us to start the process for you to get your car back on the road.

BOOK IN FOR AN ASSESSMENT

Your insurer will contact us with your claim details and we can book you in for an assessment. Your time is important to us; if your damage is minor, our assessments will only take between 10 - 20 minutes.

For larger damage we can assist in organising a tow truck to collect your vehicle and have it delivered to our premises .

BOOKING IN FOR A REPAIR
 

Now the insurer has all the details of the repair cost, they will notify us in roughly 2 working days and we can start the process of getting your car booked in to undergo its repairs. We will contact you with a booking date that works for you, and if available, we can also book you in a courtesy vehicle. We look forward to getting you and your car back on the road
